Project scope definition
Understanding the client’s needs and clearly defining the objectives, deliverables and scope of the project.
Appointing the relevant firms
Appointing the panel law firms covering the jurisdictions required.
Quality assurance
Ensuring the work produced meets the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
Planning
Creating a project plan that outlines timelines, resources, identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies.
Communication
Establishing clear lines of communication with clients and the panel law firms. REDD have created bespoke portals for both clients and panel law firms to ensure everyone is aligned with the project goals.
Monitoring and control
Monitoring the progress of the project against the plan to keep the project on track. This includes managing changes in scope or requirements and addressing any issues that arise during the course of the project.
